When
working in Credenza Pro, the Team
Search capability provides instant
full-text searching across your entire
team database. This means any items
associated with your shared files
can be searched with ease, including
Outlook appointments, tasks, emails
(and attachments), contacts and notes,
plus Credenza phone calls, time entries,
expenses, bills and payments.
Team Search includes Web Documents
and email attachments
The Team Search will even look
across the full content all Web documents
for your client files and documents
attached to your email messages. This
includes all Microsoft Office documents
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDFs, HTML,
CSVs, plain text and optionally WordPerfect
files. Even if you can’t remember
the contents of an email, you can
still find what you are looking for
based on the text of the attachments.
Advanced
Options
An advanced option allows you to specify
even more search criteria. Search
for precise phrases, exclude certain
words and more. Limit your search
to particular items such as emails,
or by their owner. The power is in
your hands with the Team Search
