Installation Instructions
Preparation
- Watch
the installation video for a walk-through of the setup and
licensing procedures.
- The
installation will be faster if you have all current Windows
Updates on your computer (including Microsoft .NET 3.5
and Microsoft SQL Compact).
Installation
- Close
Outlook on your computer.
- Download
Credenza from this website.
- When
prompted, click Run.
- Agree
to the security prompts.
- Follow
the onscreen instructions to install Credenza
(Note: .NET 3.5 and SQL Compact will also be installed if
not already present).*
- Outlook
will restart automatically when you finish the installation.
A short Setup Wizard will help you configure Credenza for
your office.
- Once
Credenza is installed it will run automatically every time
you launch Outlook.
*The .NET
3.5 download from Microsoft is large and will add some minutes
(perhaps 10 to 15) to the time it takes to install Credenza.
If you choose not to use Windows Update, the .NET
3.5 download is also available from our site.

Credenza
supports Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010 (32-Bit)
on Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.
(64-Bit Outlook 2010 not supported at this time -- see
note from Microsoft)
